After running into promotion representatives from U.S. Cellular on Appian Way at the beginning of the semester, she didn’t think much of registering for scholarship money online when handed a flyer in-person along with other Keene State College students.

Not being a so-called lucky person, she soon forgot, until a few weeks later when she was told she’,Hermes Birkin;d won one of 20 $5,000 scholarships offered to students nationwide.

“,Hermes Bracelets;I don’t win or enter many things,” said Paiva, a math major with an education certification that she’d like to use to teach high school math after graduation. “The scholarship sort of had good timing.”

The promotion is just one of many U.S. Cellular is doing to market themselves to college students and give back to community members, according to Stacy Gagne,Wholesale Gucci, a field-marketing manager for U.S. Cellular’s New England region.
