Paris Hilton does Larry King with her Chanel Timeless Clutch

Blasphemy. If I were truly a good American, I would have spent my Wednesday night watching Paris Hilton’s interview with Larry King. Or does it make me a good American that I do not have a care in the world about it? My succulent oven-roast chicken with sautéed spinach, red potatoes, and roasted radishes, really made my night much more enjoyable (and the key lime pie and bread pudding for dessert did not hurt either ). But if you caught yourself looking at the pictures of Paris Hilton leaving Larry King all smiles, you may have also noticed she was carrying a White Chanel Timeless Clutch. I will admit that we have seen Paris with this clutch before, but I think right now she is really trying to play into it all. Chanel equals timeless beauty and that is exactly what Paris needs to go for. The days of ultra mini skirts and shorts with no underwear are over, for a week or two at least. And now I will unfortunately say this, her outfit is actually beautiful. I adore the dress and the clutch is the perfect accessory. That hurt.

The young actress Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger in Harry Potter, trotted out in LA when arriving for the Harry Potter primer. The 17-year-old actress is a millionaire by her own right at a young age, yet seems to stray from that of some of her US counterparts. Emma seems to always be dressed age appropriate, as in she dresses nice but not too old and not too revealing. Her fresh face and look has developed her a fan base, who were awaiting her arrival in LA. Found on her arm is a bag by a timeless designer with a younger appeal, a funky Chanel handbag. The bag was the perfect addition to her simple outfit. Who else is super excited to see Harry Potter?

Ivanka Trump Style: Chanel Luxury Ligne Bowler

We should all be able to agree on three facts about THE Donald Trump. 1) He is a brilliant business man. 2) His hair is horrible. Let’s just get that out in the open. 3) His daughter is beautiful and stylish, Ivanka that is. I am fairly confident that we can all agree on the three facts above. Over the weekend, Ivanka and her friend were dressed to impress while shopping in NYC. Granted, Ivanka could use a tad extra fabric in the bust area, but her outfit overall was stylishly chic and meticulously put together. Paired with her cream colored wrap around dress, Ivanka toted a red Chanel Luxury Ligne Bowler. Chanel accessories are fashion staples in their own right, designed to be simple and timeless. The Chanel Luxury Ligne Bowler adds sass to an outfit without looking seasonal-trendy, which of course is what any Chanel-clad lady is attempting to steer away from. While Donald may not know when to close his mouth or how to style his hair, he did a great job on his daughter.

Edit: I inadvertently called an apple an orange! The bag Ivanka is carrying is the Chanel Luxury Ligne Bowler.

There is no better way to get the Simpsons ready for their movie debut than to put them in the August spread of Harper’s Bazaar decked out in couture clothing and accessories. The brains behind Bazaar dressed the Simpsons up in Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Lanvin, Versace, and Viktor & Rolf. I absolutely positively love the spread! It is clever and cunning and fabulously fabulous. The fact that Jean Paul Gaultier is toting Maggie in an Hermes Birkin is impeccably perfect and sheer genius. More pictures of some of the spreads below along with the runway outfit they were mimicked after!

What do Hilary Duff, Rachel Bilson, Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Morrison, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Lisa Kudrow have in common? They all attended the super chic Chanel and P.S. ARTS Party at the Chanel Beverly Hills boutique on September 20, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. The turnouts were dressed to the nines, mostly all sporting black ensembles and a Chanel piece. Who do you think is best dressed of the lot? Who is worst dressed of the lot? Personally, I love Kate Beckinsale’s dress, it is elegant and fun. I loved Phoebe on Friends, but her ensemble to me is hideous; her outfit looks like a bad memory from the 80’s.
